When it comes to a first aid kit my rule of thumb is to think of all that would happen and to prepare for it. Now you can’t prepare for everything but it’s quite easy to be prepared for  most thing. Everyone knows what can happen in the outdoor from a small finger cut to an accidently gun shot. I like the peace of mind that I have what I would need for a medical emergency. Here is what I carry as an I.F.A.K and for most people they have no idea what this means but it’s been around for a while. It’s been adapted from the term that the army uses I.F.A.K means an Improved First Aid Kit but this term has been adapted in the survival and outdoor community as an I.F.A.K Individual First aid Kit. This kit is a small kit that a person can buy or make to fulfill their “what if” needs when it comes to a medical emergency.
